The conference was sponsored by Northeast Electric Power University, organized by the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture, and supported by the American Concrete Institute.
The online conference brought together experts, scholars, and researchers from around the world. It featured three keynote speeches and ten oral presentations, covering a wide range of topics in civil engineering structures and concrete materials. The event concluded at around 17:35, followed by dedicated communication and Q&A sessions.
Opening Ceremony
In the opening session, the host welcomed all participants and introduced the conference agenda. Attendees were encouraged to keep their cameras on and participate actively in discussions.
Keynote Speeches
Prof. Mohamed A. Ismail from Brunel University London, UK, presented on "Arc Thermal Metal Spraying Method for the Purpose of Anti-corrosion of Steel in Hydraulic Structure."

Prof. Ahmad Safuan Bin A. Rashid from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Malaysia, spoke on "Upcycling Post-Flood Silt into Sustainable Masonry Units: Mechanical Performance and Microstructural Mechanics."
Assoc. Prof. Reyes Garcia from the University of Warwick, UK, delivered a speech on "Use of Recycled Aggregate Concrete in Structural Components: Recent Research."
Oral Presentations
The oral presentation session featured ten speakers from various institutions in China.
